Vyoneeshrosebank Technologies Pvt Ltd held its 6th Board Meeting on Monday, 7th Feb 2011 in the meeting room of Hotel Shangrila’s Eros, Ashoka Road New Delhi.

The Board Meeting was chaired by the Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Rajiv Bhatnagar along with the full quorum of Indian Directors, while the Australian joint venture partners were represented by Mr. David Wallace, Mr. Craig Butler and special invitees present were Ms Juliet Brennan, works manager designate of Bangalore facilities and Mr. Akhil Bhalla, auditors of the company.


HIGHLIGHTS

Various significant decisions such as approving of accounts, finalizing of Bangalore facility site, project implementation in phases and firming of funds by the Joint Venture partners for setting up the facility besides other important issues which would accelerate the growth of the company.

The targeted infrastructure, time lines & the facilities to be set up for the first phase at Bangalore factory were discussed and finalised.

The current status of Defence Production Policy and the emerging opportunities in the Indian Defence markets were put forward and strategies formulated for the way forward.

The meeting achieved its goal in accelerating the progress of Indian Operations and defining the roadmap for the way forward.
