Business Updates
The collaboration deed for
the Whitefield, Bangalore Facility of 16.16 acres comprising
of covered area of about 1,05,000 Sq ft to be built up on
nearly 2.5 Acres for the first phase and balance open area
to be utilized later for expansion for second & third
phase, was executed on 24th Nov 2011 at Bangalore. The initial
infrastructure, timeframe & equipment to be installed
are outlined below.
FACTORY SITE
Start up time frame
Initial capability will be focused on establishing customer
approval for QA, manufacture and engineering systems will
be operational by March 2013. Simultaneously the construction
of aerospace grade workshops, clean-rooms, inspection areas
and support infrastructure will be undertaken in order to
accept plant and equipment starting the 2nd quarter 2013 and
finished commissioning 3rd quarter 2013. By the 4th quarter
of 2013 the facility is proposed to have full initial capability.
Initial Infrastructure
The VRT facility is to be fitted out commensurate with the capability to manufacture, test and maintain aerospace hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical components and assemblies. The list below details the higher level equipment types considered necessary in our experience to undertake such activities in a professional and world class manner:

Current updates
VyoneeshRosebank is actively negotiating with Indian Air Force for offering and setting up MRO facilities and reverse engineering.
VyoneeshRosebank is also negotiating with HAL for setting up MRO facilities for Rotary wing aircraft at Chandigarh base, northern India
Proposal has been initiated for setting up MRO facilities for the Army, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard and for supply of spares / upgradation of T-72, T-90 tanks and mechanical spares for BMP. Discussions progressed with senior Ministry of Defence officials.
VyoneeshRosebank has formally applied for HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Limited) Vendor registration with Nasik division which is likely to be cleared shortly. |
